Our Bridge to Kindergarten and Beyond
Our curriculum is built on a foundation of play-based learning and intentional instructions, covering the academic and social-emotional skills that schools prioritize. We focus on:
-
Kindergarten Readiness: Our program is aligned with kindergarten readiness benchmarks, giving your child a head start in literacy, mathematics, and critical thinking. They will learn to recognize and write letters and numbers, understand foundational math concepts, and develop problem-solving skills.
-
Social- Emotional Competence: We prepare children for the social dynamics of a classroom by fostering skills like cooperation, conflict-resolution, and self-regulation. We empower them to be confident communicators and kind community members.
-
Independent Learning: We encourage self-directed exploration and project-based learning, which builds a child’s ability to focus. Follow multi-step directions and persist through challenges.
A Personalized Path to Success
We understand that every child develops at their own unique pace, this is why our Pre-K Program accommodates up to age 6. For some children, the best path to success is to have a second year of Pre-K. This gives them the invaluable gift of time- to mature socially, master foundational skills, and enter Kindergarten with a solid sense of confidence. Our experienced educators work closely with each family to assess their child’s readiness and recommend a path that will ensure their long-term academic and social success. Our goal is to set your child up for a joyful and confident start to their educational journey.
